A probe session involves questioning and evaluation of a learner's acquired skills. It checks the learner's progress, as well as ability to put the acquired theoretical knowledge into practical use. The session is held to assess the candidate's personal brand value in terms of employability, readiness for interviews, clarity of speech, confidence and poise, and the ability to come up with necessary action plans and solutions. On the flipside, it will also zoom in and expose the points of improvement for a candidate, so they will be able to improve upon them for an over-all better career profile. On the probe session, the candidate has to be ready to spend close to an hour or two getting assessed by a team of members. They should be prepared with all the relevant and related information. At the end, the candidate will be given a detailed report with their strong points acknowledged and their shortcomings highlighted with constructive criticism. With a structured report, they are given an opportunity to work on themselves and build a better brand value.
