It’s an age old saying that practice makes a man perfect. So, it’s no wonder that it is recommended
to attend mock interviews before the actual one takes place. Interviews can often be a cause of
stress and anxiety for people, so simulation of an actual interview helps in overcoming anxiety and
fear of performance.
In this session the candidates will learn to fine tune the nuances of responses to questions asked
during the interview, and they will learn to be calm and collected during the entire process. They will
be trained in how to handle questions that they may not know answers to, and will also be taught
how to give concise and to-the-point answers.
Candidates should be ready to spend close to one-two hours on this exercise. They are expected to
come professionally attired for the session. They must also have good Wi-Fi and a working
headphone and mic. The mock interview will be conducted in an environment that simulates an
actual interview session, so the candidates will be able to evaluate their real progress.
At the end they will be given feedback on their performance. They will have the opportunity to
identify the points upon which they can improve, so they don’t fall short when the actual interview
takes place.
