Maintaining the safe and healthy environment on the Shop Floor and managing records.  Managing the records related to rejections and Material Movement.  Identify the requirements of materials and consumables and manage records.  Evaluate employee performance and train them for improvement.  Responsible to avoid spillages in the working area and maintain 5S.  Provide 5S and Safety awareness Training for New Joiners.  Responsible to maintain SQDCM documentation.  Implement Kaizen Activities in the Workshop to achieve the continuous improvement.  Responsible for Safety Tree Documents and Monitor Standard Work Instruction (SWI) followed by workers.  Prepare IATF and OSHA Audit Documentation and achieve the Audit with zero NC.  Responsible to ensure that all safety precautions are taken during the process.  Maintain zero-line stoppage and daily PDCA.  Conduct Monthly Training for employees to improve their performance.

Door Sub Assembly Line in charge for Renault & Nissan Cars.  Generating production Documentation such as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)  Support of Technicians & Trainee Engineers.  Evaluate each station manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency.  Carry out Failure Mode Effective Analysis Process documentation and implement improvements.  Kaizen activities in Door Sub line for continuous improvement.  To achieve the production plan with minimum rejections as well as to maintain report.  Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.  Ensure 5S in the shop floor.  Prepare document such as Concern Countermeasure of each technician.  Ensure Parts availability in each station for better operation.  Ensure Product and Process quality meets specification required.
