Hi, After gaining 7 years of professional work experience in an international BPO ( tech support and sales) catering to US customers and 2.5 years of work exp in application programming using C/C++ and Linux. I decided to switch my career to software quality assurance and therefore got trained in manual and automation testing using selenium from QC More, kochi. Worked on an assigned project and got valuable insight on scrum meetings, test plan, generating scenarios, acquiring test data, writing test cases, executing test cases, logging defects, reporting defects and creating automation scripts for regression test cases using webdriver. Looking for a career in sw qa sector as a fresher who is determined to deliver the results as expected.
