I have over 16 years of accumulated operational experience across diversified sectors such as luxury hospitality (Oberoi Hotels and Resorts), quick service restaurant (Cafe Coffee Day), corporate catering (Sodexo Food Solutions) and airline catering (Jet Airways). The professional exposure is mostly concentrated towards Business Operations and General Business with background in Hospitality and Culinary Management. The professional experiences have given me exposure in handling various aspects of operations and management such as financials management and budgets, inventory management, human resource development, resource planning and managing internal and external stakeholders. Academically, I have done Masters in Business Administration (passed with Merit) from Warwick Business School. I also hold a Graduate degree in Hotel Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition and a Post Graduate Diploma in Kitchen Management from Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development.
