About Me

Hi, I'm a Professional Coach and learning Facilitator passionate about coaching leaders and mid-life professionals to success. I co-create happiness, success for Clients by partnering with them to come up with effective solutions. I use the concepts and techniques of Consciousness, Mindfulness, NLP, Positive Psychology, Positive Intelligence, and the Law of Attraction in my programs and sessions, which can empower any individual to realize the power they have within. I worked with large MNCs in varied roles in HR for 16 years, before I started Professional Coaching and Facilitation in 2015. I am empanelled as a Coach with various Consulting firms. I work with their clients on the goals they would like to achieve, leading to a better quality of life, productivity, for themselves and their teams. With my experience, I'm able to identify with the problems, situations, and circumstances that most individuals find themselves in. I have been successful in positively impacting more than 10,000 professionals, including teams from diverse backgrounds. As a Coach, I work with my clients to help them learn and grow in life, in ways chosen and directed by them. This is done through conversation, presence, and deep reflection on the challenge(s) they want to deal with and aid them to come up with solutions that suit them and their circumstances. I practice Heartfulness Meditation & am a Heartfulness Coach. My life is a reflection of my values, the learning I have had through my associations in Career, through Clients, Coaches, Mentors, family, friends, and as a spiritual seeker. I live in gratitude for every experience I have in life and for the contribution, I am able to make each day.
