I am the founder of HBT Global which has created this amazing platform Speed Up Hiring.
This is a very versatile role, and I am responsible for handling a digital portfolio of more than 150 SMEs. My day-to-day activities are project management, website development, website maintenance, cloud servers maintenance, SEO, Digital Marketing, PPC, customer interaction, requirement gathering for web design and eCommerce projects & offshore team management. I recently helped a client launch an on-demand grocery application. I played the role of a project manager and executed this project end to end.
I have worked with some big insurance and re-insurance clients like AXA XL and SiwssRe while working with TCS. I played various roles such as - Project Manager, Incident Manager, Onsite Coordinator, Team Lead, Trainer, and Sr SQL DBA. I was also involved in several onshore-offshore and onshore-nearshore transitions. While working for AXA XL client, I managed a team of 18 DBAs supporting a 24X7 environment. I built a specialized team to support some of the mission-critical applications of the insurance industry. I also participated in disaster recovery planning and execution activities. I had an opportunity to work as a delivery manager cum onsite coordinator in Zurich for SwissRe. I managed a nearshore team of DBAs & SharePoint Admin in Hungary. One of my significant achievement was to plan, lead and execute an evident infrastructure project of P2V for more than 100 SQL servers. I built a SharePoint admin team of 5 and transitioned it from Poland (IBM) to Hungary(TCS). At SwissRe, I automated routine operations activities like SQL permissions, Database Creation etc. It significantly reduced operational cost and human errors. Several initiatives were taken during my time to improve customers experience and first-time resolution.
