  1. Can I hire an interviewer without creating a task?
    • Yes, you can avail the service of an Interviewer posted by them. You need to scroll up the search bar, type the keyword, and select Services.
  2. Can I hire a Jobseeker without creating a task?
    • Yes, you cannot hire a Job Seeker without creating a task. You can visit their profile and watch their videos. If you like any profile, you can tag them under the Shortlisted Job Seekers section or can even contact them directly. 
  3. What if I do not have any candidate to add to the list while creating a task?
    • If you do not have a set of candidates to be interviewed, we request you to first go through the Job Seekers’ list on our profile. You can check the recommendation meter, their skills, and work experience and thereby shortlist them for the task. 
  4. What to do if I am not happy with the interview results?
    • The interviewers conduct the interviews based on the task description which you provide. You can always contact one to one with the interviewer and provide them with a set of questionnaires to ask during the interview for better conduction. If you are yet not satisfied with the result, you can raise a dispute with us.
  5. Can I reject an interviewer after hiring them for a task?
    • No, you cannot reject an interviewer after you have hired them. In case of any dispute, we recommend that you raise a dispute by visiting the Help and Support option on the dashboard.  
  6. Can I edit a task after it is approved?
    • No, You can edit a task only until it isn’t approved. Once it is approved and you have hired an interviewer, you cannot alter the task’s details.
  7. Can I extend the deadline of the task after it is approved?
    • No, You cannot edit or alter the deadline once the task is approved. Hence, it is recommended that you mark a feasible deadline.
  8. Does it charge me any point in creating a task?
    • You will have to spend 20 points to create a normal task and 25 points to make a featured task.
  9. What is the difference between a standard task and a featured task?
    • A featured task appears with a banner stating “Featured” at the top of it. It is also displayed on the top searches of the task searching result page. A feature task will help you get a good number of interviewers’ pitches so that you have ample applications to choose from. 
  10.  How Can I Converse With An Interviewer After I have Hired Them?
    • You can go to the Manage Interview Task section in your Dashboard. Select “On-Going Tasks” and then press “View Details.” Under that, you will find an option of “Communication.” You can select the interviewer’s name, type the message in the box given below, and then hit send.
  11. Does an employer have to spend any points to view the service details?
  • No, an employer does not have to spend any points to view the service. However, if you purchase a particular service, you will have to pay the amount mentioned in the same. 

12. Can an employer add more than one candidate in the Job Screening Interview Service?

  • No, an interviewer cannot add more than candidate/job seeker in a Job Screening Interview Service. If you want to get more than one candidate evaluated, you can create your task to evaluate more than one candidate. 

13. What to do if I am not satisfied with the service provided?

  • If you are not happy with an interviewer’s service, you can raise a dispute with us. The Speed Up Hiring team will review your dispute and notify you of a proper solution. 

14. Can an employer negotiate on the service amount?

  • No, an employer does not have the power to negotiate over the service amount. 
  1. What should an employer do if they are not able to find a service they need?
  • If you are not able to find the perfect service, please reach us, The Speed Up Hiring team will point you towards the right service. 

For Interviewer

  1. Can you view a job seeker’s profile?

Yes, you can view a job seeker’s profile if they have been added to the task by an employer; otherwise, you cannot view a job seeker’s profile.

  1. Can an interviewer create a task?

No, an interviewer cannot create a task. You can always send proposals to an already published task.

  1. Can an interviewer and candidates do a task?

 No, as an interviewer you cannot add to delete any candidates from a task.

  1. Can an interviewer change or alter a task?

No, you cannot make any changes in the details of the task.

  1. Can an interviewer alter the Interview schedule?

 For now, an interviewer cannot alter the interview schedule once the candidate selects it. You will have full power to choose the preferred time slot to conduct the interview.

  1. Can an interviewer add their questions in an interview?

Yes, an interviewer has the rights to add their questions to the interview. Do note here that the questions you add are relevant to the task assigned.

  1. Do an interviewer have to pay for taking an Interview?

No, an interviewer does not have pay for taking an interview, instead they get paid. 

  1. Can an interviewer quote more than the budget given in the task details?

Yes, an interviewer is free to propose any amount of their choice. It is essential to note here that the amount you submit should justify the work required to complete the task. 

  1. Can an interviewer edit the feedback given by the employer?

No, you cannot alter the feedback given by the interviewer.

  1. When does an interviewer get paid for the interview which they have conducted?

You can see your pending balance in your dashboard. You get paid for your tasks and services after 25th of every month.

  1. What if the interview does not take place due to some technical issues?

If you are not able to conduct an interview due to any technical reasons, contact us. We’ll help you to reschedule the interview. 

  1. Can an employer or a job seeker terminate me after hiring me?

No, an employer or a job seeker cannot terminate you after hiring. If such cases arise, you must raise a dispute with us.

13. Can an interviewer join Speed Up Hiring as a part-time job or does it have to be full time?

You can join Speed Up Hiring, as a part-time professional as well as a full-time worker. It depends on your time of availability.

14. Do An Interviewer Have To Pay To Post A Service?

No, you do not have to pay any amount to post service. But you have to spend 5 points to create a regular service and 10 points to create a feature service.

15. Can An Interviewer Alter A Service After It Is Approved?

Yes, you can do alterations in the service after it is approved. Please keep in mind that no alteration is allowed once a person has purchased your service.

16. Can A Job Seeker Hire An Interviewer To Conduct A Job Screening Interview?

No, a job seeker cannot hire you to conduct a job screening interview. This service can only be availed by an employer. 

17. Can An Employer Hire An Interviewer To Conduct Mock Interviews?

No, an employer can hire you to conduct a job interview service. Mock interview services can be availed by a job seeker.

18. How Much Amount Can An Interviewer Quote For Their Service?

The amount to be quoted depending on the market norms and the will of the interviewer. It is up to you on how much you will charge to impart the respective service. 

19. Can An Interviewer Extend The Deadline For The Service?

No, you cannot extend the deadline of any service. Recruitment is a time-bound process and hence you need to complete the interviews within the stipulated deadline. 

20. When Will An Interviewer Receive The Money For The Services They Offered?

The payment is done on the 25th of every month. Please note, that Speed Up Hiring takes a 14 days buffer period to see if any disputes are raised on the closed service. If no issues are found on the service, and the 14 days buffer period ends before the 25th of the respective month, then you will get paid on 25th of that month. Now, if there is a dispute raised against your service, then you will receive the payment once the dispute is resolved on the 25th of the next month. We try to resolve an issue within seven working days.

21. How many interviewers can an interviewer conduct in a day?

An interviewer can conduct as many interviews as possible depending on your schedule of availability and their efficiency. Please note that the interviewers needs to in proper order and should meet the employer's or job seeker's goals.

22. Can an interviewer quote their price on a hourly basis?

An interviewer is free to quote any price for their services. Also, it is suggested that you quote your price as per the market norms as it will help you to have more customers.

23. How does the system protect an interviewer's privacy?

Speed Up Hiring dedicates itself to protect the privacy of the interviewer. Nevertheless, please note that all the interviews will be recorded by the system and is available for the job seeker to use it on their profile.

For Job Seekers

  1. Can a Job Seeker Post a task without using any points?

No, A job seeker has to spend 20 points for a regular task and 25 points for a featured task. If you do not want to spend points, then you can always opt for a service posted by an interviewer.

  1. Can a Job Seeker approach an employer directly?

No, on Speed Up Hiring, you cannot approach an employer directly. 

  1. Can a Job Seeker alter a task after it is approved?

Yes, you can alter a task after it is approved. No changes can be made once you have hired an interviewer for the respective task. 

  1. Can a Job Seeker reschedule my interview with an interviewer?

No, You cannot reschedule an interview for now. We are working on this and will come up with a solution very soon.

  1. Can a Job Seeker alter the feedback given by the interviewer?

No, a Job Seeker cannot change anything in the feedback given by the interviewer.  

  1. Can a Job Seeker see the feedback given to the employer of my interview?

No, We do not allow job seekers to see the employer’s feedback on their evaluation. 

  1. Can a Job Seeker alter their recommendation level?

No, a job seeker cannot make any changes in the recommendation level displayed on their profile. 

  1. How is the recommendation level measured?

The recommendation calculates the recommendation level that the interviewer gives to you based on your video interviews. It is an average percentage of all the recommendations which you have received. 

  1. Can a Job Seeker back out from an interview?

Yes, you can do the same but you need to convey it to the employer. 

  1. Can a Job Seeker give feedback on the interviewer who questioned me on a task?

Yes, once you mark the task as done, you are presented with a feedback form where you can rate the services of the interviewer. Please note that this option is available only if you have created the task.

  1. Can an interviewer bargain with the rates quoted by me?

No, no interviewer can bargain with the quote mentioned by you. 

  1. Does a Job Seeker have to pay for an interview when questioned as a candidate?

No, a task created by an employer has to be paid by the employer only. 

13. Do job seekers have to spend points to visit the details of a service?

A job seeker does not have to spend any points to visit the service details. But they have to pay the amount of the service if they want to purchase the same. 

14. What if a job seeker is not satisfied with the service offered by the interviewer? 

A job seeker can raise a dispute with us. They have 14 days from the service closed date to submit a dispute against the respective interviewer. 

15. Can a job negotiate on the service amount?

No, a job seeker does not have the power to negotiate over the service amount.

General Questions

  1. Do I Have To Pay To Create A Dispute?

No, you do not have to pay any amount to raise a dispute with us. 

  1. What If I Have Not Received An Answer Within Seven Working Days?

We try to resolve the dispute within seven working days. There may be cases in which we have to give in more time and effort; in such cases, we will inform them about the same along with a probable time resolution. 

  1. Can I Create A Dispute Without Creating A Task or Purchasing A Service?

No, you cannot create a dispute without doing any of the prior things mentioned. If you find a profile that appears suspicious or scam, you can always report the same to us. You can do so by visiting the person’s profile to select the report’s reason and penning down detailed information about it. 

  1. Will an interviewer get paid if their service/task is marked in a dispute?

No, an interviewer is only paid once the dispute is resolved. If you are an interviewer, you need to wait for the dispute to get resolved to get paid. The payment is credited 25th of every month, hence if there is a dispute and it gets resolved after the 25th of any month, then you will get paid on the next 25th.

5. Can you create a task without using any points?

No, an employer or a job seeker has to spend 20 points to create an interview task.

6. Does an employer always have to pay to view a job seeker’s profile? 

As an employer, you have to shred 10 points to view a job seekers profile for the first time. Now, if you like the profile you can shortlist them. That shortlisted profile stays free to view for 7 days. 

7. Can an interviewer create a service without any points?

In the initial stage, we do not plan to charge interviewers with any points to create a service. But once we are well seated in the industry the interviewers will have to shred 5 points to post a regular service and 10 points to create a featured service. 

8. Does a job seeker have to spend points to visit the employer’s or interviewer’s profile?

No, a job seeker has free access to the system. They can visit any profile without shredding any coin.

9. Can an interviewer send a proposal without shredding any points?

No, an interview has to spend 20 points to send a regular proposal and 25 points to send a featured proposal.
